What's the first thing that people think of when things go wrong for them physically? A pill that will solve the problem.
But when it comes to aging, or fixing yourself, there is no such thing. There is no Fountain Of Youth or Magic Pill... but there is a way for everyone to turn back the clock.
Strength Training is the one and only way to recreate lost muscle mass and renew weakened bone. After the age of 30, we automatically lose 7% of our total muscle mass every decade thereafter, unless we are actively strength training. Diminished muscle mass means we're weaker, less attractive, have a diminished fat-burning capacity, and a diminished immune system. Take control of your own destiny by taking control of your body.
It's ironic that older people are the least fit and most obese age group, because they are by far the most vulnerable. Get off the slippery slope of aging: fight back by getting strong.
